preapre automatic repair and shut down

My Dell inspiron laptop is 4 years old and i3 processors with windows 8.1 OS.Some months back while working it automatically got shutdown.When i restarted it again got shutdowm.After some try it got switched on with the message "Preparing Automatic Repair " and "diagnosing Your PC".It shutdown again.I sent the laptop to repair centre,got the battery changed and fan cleaned.it worked properly for some days but the same problem started.I have tried everything written on the forum or discussion.I am so tensed so please help.

If it shuts down on it's own it may be overheating, power plug may be bad, charger may be bad, motherboard may be bad, really quite a few things. Are you keeping it on a flat surface with nothing blocking the vents? Keeping the system clean? I see many people clogging up the vents and insides with food and dust.
