Preparing automatic repair and diagnosing your pc

My new Dell laptop was DOS but I installed cracked windows 10 , my laptop looking good untill I clicked on restart button , but then it is showing preparing automatic repair and diagnosing your pc and it shows blue screen with two options , one with restart again and other with alternative option, this is repeating
again and again ....please help me through this !
