Pressing power and volume up does not bring up the logo. Any other suggestions.

Tablet not working. Won't power on. Battery will not charge. Will not reboot.

You probably need a new battery. While not easy to get to, it can be done.

If your device is still under warranty, then you should contact the manufacturer. As opening it up can void the warranty.

If your tablet isn't under warranty any longer, then you are free to do the replacement yourself or pay someone to do it.
