Primary hard disk

Hello, upon start up, my laptop is reading primary hard disk drive 0 founded. clicking sounds and stating to strike f1 to reboot or f2 for setup utility. Can anyone walk me through this process?

If your drive is clicking, you need a new hard-drive. Replace it, then need to use your restore disks to re-install Windows. If you don't have the restore disks, contact the vendor to send you a set. If the laptop is in warranty they will send you a new drive with the restore partition already on it.
