Problem in connecting tab with lapy via USB

I m not able to connect my dell tablet to my lapy through USB.although by inserting the USB my tablet is being charged but I Cant see it on my lapy

the usb driver is probably missing. you can reinstall it by downloading the driver online. its free. Then restart your system and it should work out fine.
