problem in laptop camera,videos,speed,graphics

Hey all..

i bought a laptop about 3-4 months ago.it has 1 gb nvidia 820m graphics(dedicated) and 2 gb integrated intel hd graphics.it has 720p camera.i suffers from the following problems :-

1. The camera of the laptop is 720p hd.But it looks like pollution in camera when i turns on the camera,the camera quality behind the pollution looks fine but the pollution is not tolerable,it looks like camera quality is burst .
2. Whenever i play any video in my laptop,the video get burst too.i can only clear that burst about 30 percent of that by adjusting some color configuration.
3. it has 8.1 windows 64 bit with bing.clock speed 2.16 ghz & 2.58 ghz with turbo boost.
but my laptop processing speed is too slow as compare to its configuration.it takes upto 5 seconds for even a single refresh click.
4. Some of the HD video lags also.

AS far as i know, my laptop configuration is really good and these problems can be fixed.
Currently i am using windows 8.1

SO i need your help for this.Please respond fast.

Hello AaravB

It looks like there is some issue with the graphics driver. Can you please check if the latest graphics driver is installed on your laptop?

You can find all the drivers for your laptop here.

In case this doesn't help, I would recommend you to reset your Windows 8.1 computer to factory defaults.

If the problem persists, you must then take your laptop to an authorized service station. Since it is still under warranty, they would definitely give you the best solution.
