Problem in Sony Vegas 13.0

Hey there

I am having a pretty bad problem in Sony Vegas. The video in my preview and after rendering are very pixelated and kinda of glitchy or something and every video is like that. I really have no idea what to do anymore, so I hope you guys could help me out

The screenshot looks like you may have set the video compression too high.

I don't understand what you mean... Where to change the compression setting?
