Question Problem wih Steel Series + GameDac

Hello everyone

My problem is that i have an Steel Series Pro + GameDac but ic cant get it running i tried every usb port on my pc. Its all cconnectet well but my gamedac has no power and the support cant help me so i would be very lucky when someone has an idea how i can make it work

Have you connected it to a USB-C port, or to USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports? Have you tried alternate cables?

Does Windows detect the device at all?

no windows doesnt detect the divice i trried all ports

its the old pc and headset from my brother and it worked fine he had it connectet to his usb port on his keyboard

i didnt set the pc new up im just using an other profile on the pc but it doesnt even work on his old profile

ok got it it realy just was the cable was hard to organise one but finaly got it thanks for your help <3

yes thanks now i just have to go through the manuals and how i all set ALL UP

Is Windows able to recognize the device at all?
