I have visual studio 2017 installed on my laptop and have a problem with creating a project. So i want to create a win32 console application in c++ and when i click on that the window on the picture appears as normal. Then i name the file and select a place. Then when i click on ok, the white window pops up asking for configurations which is normal too. But when i click on finish, i get directed to the first window which showed in the picture. In fact i cant even get to the editing area at all. I think this is a problem of my installation but wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance!

Yes some files are created in the folder specified. I've tried repairing and also modifying but I won't work
