After "lollipop" upgrade, wifi, hotspot and bluetooth don't work properly and no antivirus can be installed. I want to recover the initial software. "Restore factory settings" did not help.

Thank you very much, I find the solution yesterday night and I downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat 4.4.2.
My phone is Samsung Galaxy S 5 Dual sim SM-G900FD.
