Problems with Adobe Flash Player

Hello,
I have been having major issues with the latest download of Adobe Flash Player. I have installed/unistalled the correct 64 bit for my Windows 7 system (Explorer)..Yet my flash player still does not work. When trying to access anything requiring it/states I do not have it but is a running program listed on my cp..I am becoming so fustrated PLEASE help me!!!

Try the 32 bit. You match the 32 or 64 bit to the web browser, not your OS. So if your OS is 64 bit, but you have a 32 bit application for web browser (e.g., the normal version of IE, Firefox), you need 32 bit flash player.
