Problems with my creative surround...

Hello!
I have problems when listening to music with my creative surround because are working just front satelites and subwoofer (center and back not working). I have instaled windows 10.
For exemple> playng movies with kmplayer are satelites works but voices are very low and sound efects very high.
When I running youtube working front satelites and subwoofer.

Sound divice: Creative SB Audigy SE (SB0570)
Speakers: Creative inspire T5400.

What is the problem? Help me please.

Firstly, Youtube can only send you stereo, no matter what it says.

Then whenever I hear Creative, they are a "PC" company, not really known for good performing audio hardware, they just sell you enough, slap a surround label to it, as an affordable price, something you can "surround" your PC with and done. As such I have very little expectation from Creative in the area of audio.

With an honest-to-God AV Receiver for example, you can control the loudness of the individual speakers, rears too soft you say, no problem, pump it up, just the rears. The AV Receivers have many built-in codecs or "modes" to deal with your sound source, select the proper or whatever is more pleasing to you. Stuff like Creative, no control, no fine-tunning...
