Problems with steam support

Hello,

I send emails to steam support but they just dont bother to answer. i boughta game through the steam store but the downloader did not give me the complete access code. I have written several times and just dont get a reply. i ahve a game, paid for but cant use it

Their support is very poor i must agree,my son didn't get an email back for over a week when he had an issue!

Did you send them an actual email, or did you use their support site? Normally, you have to open a ticket. I've usually got responses back within 3-5 days.
