Problems with Windows Live Mail 2012

Can someone please tell me how I can improve startup time on WLM .At the moment it takes ages.Also it takes ages to move a message from one folder to another.
i am using OS Windows 8.1.I look forward to any help with these problems.

I've solved this one myself by using the 'Message Rules' facility in WLM.
