Program Error

Hi whenever i install a new program in my windows xp it works perfectly, but when i shut down the system and re-start it, the same program does not run and gives an error "program.exe has encountered a problem", this is the case with all my softwares, they run only once and after that they all give me the same error, Can you please help in this matter?

Looks like your windows installation is messed up. I'd suggest reinstalling windows.

Me too.
Install offline (disconnected) and all the programs, make a drive backup, install the anti-virus software and update, backup again.
Why can be anything, if it happens again, think hardware issue.
