Projector sound intermittent

Trying to hook blue ray up to projector. Can get great picture but sound only comes through sometimes. Some previews have sound and some don't. Movie has no sound. Connecting 2 with hdmi. How can I get full sound?

The projector may not be compatible with some of the audio codecs on the discs. Check the player set up menu and try changing the audio output to PCM stereo, The owners manual of the projector may have some info on what kind of audio it can handle.
