Protected flash memmory stick

Hello,
my flash memmory is write protected how do i unlock it?

It has a switch somehwere at the side, or a password you need to introduce at starting it.

Sorry i should have given more information. Actually it doesn't have a switch or a password.It just strarted to show write protected.It does not finish even the disk formatting.
