proxy server problem

my computer is connected to the internet or broadband i dont know if theyre different but it says i have good signal but when i pull up microsoft edge or waterfox it gives me the same error page. cannot connect to proxy server make sure your proxy server setting are correct. its all along those lines. i dont know what to do or how to fix it.

Probably either:

A) Virus
-or-
B) Your adapter's IPv4 settings are not set correctly
