Proxy Virus help

I apologize first if this has been posted but I have not been able to find any answers that help. Yesterday I found out i had a proxy server error. It automatically checks the use a proxy server under lan settings on windows ten. I have deleted it under advanced clicked ok and ok and as soon as i close it and go back in it repops up I've ran cccleaner and malwarebytes to find the issue neither has helped the proxy server its autosetting to is 127.0.0.1 port 13101

Which proxy do you use? And BTW have you tried more antivirus softwares? You can try Avast or if you have a file go to Virus Total website because that may help.
