PS4 & PC audio/mic in one headset

I want to have all my audio from my pc and my ps4 in one headset (Turtle beach recon 50X). This is could achieve. However the main problem i have is that i want to use my headset mic, for both.
The problem i have is the splitter i use has to A) be plugged in to the pc as if not the pc is very quiet, and B) the mic doesn't come through. I believe the splitter has to be 4 pole but am not sure. Also does the wire connecting the ps4 controller to the splitter have to be 4 pole, or is there another way of doing this.

PS : I don't have a sound card, and i don't think the front panel are 4 pole.

Kind of. What i want is so all the audio from my pc and ps4 comes through my headset, but then the mic on my headset can also be used for both

At the same time? if so then you will just need a lot of splitting cables to split every thing from you headset to the consoles (PC and PS4)

But if separately, then you can just get a headset alone that will connect to both (separately)
