Question: Amplify and cleanup

Is there a amplifier and filter on the market that can make all TV
signals better ?
I mean like right where it comes into the house, as I used to have one, but
it was old and won't handle the Frequencies we have today.

No. Amplifiers and filters cannot make a signal better. They may
compensate for the losses in the distribution system or remove some noise,
but the latter generally comes with a cost.

The best solution to a lousy signal is to improve the source and assure
clean distribution. If you have a problem you need to be specific about
defining it and deal with the cause.
