Quick question about holding 0

So, when holding the 0 button on a toshiba and then proceding will it remove the os (Windows 7) cant get into my computer as it doesnt pass 'windows starting' straight after, it pops up saying along the lines of windows shut down to prevent damage.

It is something related to fans not spinning so windows stops it from starting. Just press ENTER, i think

What do you mean press enter? Where do i press it and when?
I did check my fans and they were VERY dusty gave them a good clean but the message keeps popping up.

No. from when you get your system. it too late to make recovery partition.

It basically allows your laptop to return to the state it was bought in. So if it is caused by viruses or bad boot controller driver, it will all be automatically fixed at the expense of your data if you haven't backed up. If it is a hardware problem i.e you have a faulty HDD or something, you'll have to go to a repair center.
