Radeon HD 7700M will run gta v ?

I really wanna buy GTA V, but i wanna test my GPU in order to know how well will it run the game. It's Radeon HD 7700M 2GB. Or else, will it be better to play the game on xbox one??

I bought GTA V, and I own a Dell Inspiron 15r SE 7520, which has this video card. I do not recommend playing gta v on it, because the catalyst center does not support gta v with this graphic card. You are able to play though, with specific settings and causing your laptop to heat up at it's max also, you lag alot and are most likely to crash in 30 minutes. I already had once that my laptop got overheated. I did never overclock it, so it suprised me. I recommend using a Nvidia graphics card playing gta v, also, make sure you got at least 2GB of video memory and a intel i5 quadcore with 2GHz at minimum. Don't worry about the ram, it will already run on 4 GB, but if you got not much ram, i recommend using a SSD, so it will still run smooth.

Oh, specs of my Dell are:
- Intel i7 quad core
- AMD HD7700M 2 GB
- Intel integrated graphics 4000
- 8 GB RAM
- 1920x1080px screen 59hz
