Radeon hd 8750m GDDR3 2GB or GT 740m DDR3 2GB

i am stuck in between these two configs,
which shall be better 1st has i5 3230m @2.6GHz, 6GB ram and 2nd has i5 4200U at 1.6GHz, 4GB Ram.
which shall be better, what is diff. between GDDR3 and DDR3

The performance of 8750m and 740m is pretty similar, but the 1st option has better CPU and more RAM, so I suggest you pick that one up for better gaming experience.
