There are FM transmitters available that just connect to the headphone jack
of the device and use either AAA batteries or a car adaptor for power. I
guess they should work with any device that has a headphone jack for output.
However, the quality of transmission is often quite poor. I have found
cassette adaptors to be a much better choice.
