so iam going to edit two pictures in photshop cs6, the images size is about 100 mb each, but when iam opening them in photosop it says that there isnt enough ram, ive been under settings and gave photoshop permission to use max ram which is only 3 gb and after that i still cant open the pictures. My computer has 32 gb ddr4 ram so that should be enough, what can i do so i can be able to open the images?

Question about the Photoshop memory setting:

Are your sure that the 3 GB RAM setting is not actually limiting Photoshop to 3 GB RAM (i.e., "that is all the memory you/Photoshop will be allowed to use"?

I would expect that Photoshop would want and need more memory and that you would not necessarily want to limit that memory.

Especially if your have 32 GB RAM total plus some virtual memory perhaps.

Double check the configuration and the Photoshop documentation.
