ram get full

my ram get full over a limit quickly... i have seen that no such process is going on...but dont know how it get filled...
n then msg come from operating system to close some program....
my ram is 4 gb
hd=700gb
i5 processor
samsung laptop
windows 7 ultimate

hi, well reinstalling windows should solve it! That's probably a software related problem just make a clean install and everything will work fine!
