Random Adverts open when I turn my computer on

This advert always opens when I turn my computer on. It opens in Internet Explorer and I have no idea what's causing it. I've tried multiple scane with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and used CCleaner.
I tried searching for the "mstr bam" crap but I didn't find anything related to it.

Any tips?

1... Stop using IE and goto Internet Settings and default it on any tab it gives you the option.

2. Use Chrome or FireFox and add Adblock to it

Run Hitman pro on your computer. once it will start working fine.

I never use IE, I hate it. I use Chrome and it's set to default browser. I have Adblock on it. I still get this advert.

Thanks for the tip I downloaded and ran it, it seemed to have worked. I'll report back here if there are any more problems. If any future readers if having this issue, just download Hitman Pro and run it.
