Random command prompt windows popping up after downloading CryptoPrevent

After downloading CryptoPrevent, which is a program that prevents ransomware, I've soon realized that there were these black windows that pop up like every 1 or 2 minutes. They basically look like the usual command prompt window. It gets annoying later on especially when I'm playing a game. One window that I know the name of is net.exe, but the others I'm not sure. This problem I have is more different than the other command prompt problems you guys are having, where there is just one window that pops up on your screen.
So I'm here right now to see if you have any solutions to this situations. Should I do a system restore? If you can help me, that's a pleasure. Sorry if I wasn't that descriptive with my problem too, but I hope you could understand it.

Did you try uninstalling that program to see if the pop-up goes away? Check with their support?
