Random dll problem?

I keep getting this screen popping up, i have no idea what this file even is, no one has seemed to ever seen it before? I did a virus check and that can't be the problem.... help?

yeah but after a while of using it, then it consistently pops up every 5 minutes after i close it or so.

are you running windows 7? i had the same issue some months ago but i don't really remeber how i solved it.

Try what thsi guys suggest, also try to look for the answer online! i did find one!

Fixed it, i ran autorun and deleted the source
