Hey guys

There is this music ( kind of techno-ish) that is really loud and cant hear anything through it. I try to mute it somewhere but can't find the source of the music. Should I be worried?
This only happens in Valve games, such as CS:GO, TF2. It comes out of nowhere.

I have Norton Antivirus, and tried to scan, nothing.
I downloaded Spybot S&D, scanned, nothing
I used Malwarebytes, scanned, nothing
Running out of options here. I also removed all unnecessary programs.
Heh, I even tried to Shazam it, but didn't find any match.
I will scan with Norton Power Eraser and see if it finds anything.

It's really creepy that a random song loudens up and kills my ears.

I hope there is some way you can help me. I want to have a good christmas holiday.

Happy holidays, Alf

Solution
It most probably is your Steam music playing in-game. Somehow this was enabled on your system. To disable: Ref: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/steammusic/discussions/1/616189106727286029/

Just go back into Big Pic Mode and click the Music icon in the top
