The threads I have seen on this are all about software issues
My issue is that my Razer Kraken Pro does not pick up sound AT ALL. However it will sometimes work normally when I balance the mute switch in the middle (not on or off)
I have had this problem for about a week and my headset IS still under warrenty.
Should I send it back? thanks.
