Razer Kraken USB ear not working

So I just bought a Razer Kraken USB headset to replace my old Logitech G230. I already had Razer Synapse Installed so I had that all setup, but when I plugged it in only the Right ear worked while no sound would come out of the left ear. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to take it back to the store which I would like to avoid since it is 2 hours away.

Contact Razer. But sounds to me like its faulty.

I have exactly the same problem the left one just doesnt work only the right one did you find a solution ?

yeah, i also have this problem, but it happened to me only now, and ive had this headset for about 9 months now, what did u end up doing?
