Razer synapse won't recognize my razer kraken 7.1 chroma

I just got razer kraken 7.1 chroma, and for some reason my razer synapse won't add it. i even tried making a new account and it still won't work! can someone help me please?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. And I dont know if there usb or not but try a different use hub
