Razer Tiamat 7.1 bass is loose

Hello i bought a Razer Tiamat 7.1 and im really happy about them but the bass on the left ear makes loud vibrating sounds like if it is loose. please help it is so annoying when i am listening to music.

Ok so if we have the same problem it is not the bass that is loose (luckily) it's the 2 cords connecting the bass to the headphones that's loose and keeps tapping the plastic.
My fix was to open the headphones up* you'll need a small screwdriver for this. be aware of any cords in it! They can break if you are not gentile. After you have taken the drivers out of the main case you have to take the back cover of it is secured by 4 screws and a tiny amount of glue at the bottom, you want to be gentile pulling the glued parts apart. Be aware that the cover is connected to the sub by 2 cords. These are 2 cords you want to secure so the don't dangle. and then you just close it up and it should work.
