RCA RPJ129 Projector Apps not working

RCA RPJ129 projector streaming apps isn't working. It froze then says "process system isn't responding" and won't lete do anything. I've tried factory reseting through the projector's menu but that only resets the settings like sound and video but not the apps. Can't figure out how to reset the apps

When you see the no signal on the screen for streaming apps or the projector freezes for disconnect the power cord from behind the projector wait like 30 seconds and turn the projector back on it should reset you back to the app menu
