RCA Tablet Problem

My RCA tablet only shows three WiFi connections even though weeks ago it showed every WiFi connection in the area.
I tried powering it off then back on again but even that didn't work!

I'm thinking it has to do with a scratch on the screen. Am I correct or no?

A scratch on the screen would never cause issues with wireless unless there was more damage done than just a scratch. Say if an antenna lead got disconnected.

Does it show your WiFi connection and is that working OK?

It does show the WiFi and it is working but yet it's only showing three networks and I have no idea why.
