Solved! Re-occurring virus

Hey,guys i have a virus that remain after format on my hdd.
I've tryed to format it with the following commands :
-diskpart
-list disk
-sel disk
-clean
Then i flashed my bios.
But the virus just came back.
What to do ?

if it keep coming back, might be something you are doing

If you formatted the disk, then the virus is coming from some other place you have files on.

Or it's not a virus. You may want to post exactly what is happening after you install Windows and also list your full system specs.

If you did a diskpart - clean, and it completed, and the virus reappears, either you did the wrong drive, or the infected stuff lives elsewhere.

What kind of virus was it? If you tried doing this, and nothing fixed it, try checking your folders for any viruses.
