Hi,Could you please assist.
I have a P B Easynote 7305 laptop which will run on battery only but only in safe mode.
If I try to run it in normal mode on battery power only it only reaches the point when Windows is starting up or click on name and the system cuts out.
I tried to overcome this by starting with no programs running at start up but to no avail.
all the hardware items seem to be in order. I have Windows SP3 installed.
I know that one USB port is not working but do not know why.
Can you help?

can you try to download some free OS like Ubuntu which perfectly and easily to just run via USB. You can try that one, if the problem is fixed then you should install new OS, simply at best.

Thanks for your suggestion but I would rather try to resolve the problem within the existing system.
I am not very experienced and struggle with current system.I do not feel ready for such a change as yet.

Should I restart this under Sudden Shutdown?

Someone suggested NTSS??/and started with active@boot disc creator but I could not access the free trial period and doubt if it would guarantee to solve the problem.
I did reinstal Java and thought I had fixed matters but no it crashed eventually while a video was running.
Any further suggestions?
