Realtek audio audio level settings

I cannot apply settings on my Realtek Audio device. The apply box never highlights, even after changing the volume level. After I make a change, I can't apply it, so I just close the settings box. Sometimes the change works for a little while, but very soon afterwards, the level returns to zero. What can be be wrong? Why does the apply box always stay darkened?

Hello,

The problem may comes from wrong Realtek audio driver...
Can you hive me more information about your machine? I will try to find a proper driver about it!
Reinstall may fix the problem
