Realtek HD Audio Driver Gone

My Realtek HD audio driver just somehow gone from device manager.
One day I was using iTunes to play my music. Then I switch to YouTube using Google Chrome to watch a video, when I open another video there is no playback. At first I thought was browser issue until I tried to switch to iTunes but no avail. Then I tried to use Microsoft Groove Music and still the same problem.

I tried to reinstall the driver but after I restarted the driver still not there. I checked the device manager and scan for hardware changes and no hardware changes detected.
Currently I'm using Bluetooth speaker as a replacement for my audio driver as my Bluetooth audio driver still working.

My laptop specs:
ASUS A43SA / K43SA
Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 2430M Processor
Chipset: Intel® HM65 Express Chipset
Memory: 1 x 4GB Samsung DDR3 SDRAM + 1 x 2GB Kingston DDR3 SDRAM
Display: 14.0" 16:9 HD (1366x768) LED Backlight
Graphics: AMD Radeon® HD 6730M with 2GB DDR3 VRAM
Storage: 2.5" SATA 750GB 7200rpm

Anyone knows what happened?

The poblem at least on my system was the Microsoft auto updates (for Windows 10). The Realtek HD driver had been updated with a Microsoft generic audio driver. Windows 10 updates are automatic.

I searched Google for updated Realtek HD Audio drivers. They are available for just this fix.

I also had to reinstall my Nvidia graphics driver for the same reason.
