Rebooting Asus laptop problem

My laptop keeps saying "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media and press a key" i tried most solution but they dont help

Sounds like your harddrive died or windows boot loader corrupted.
Do you have a windows repair disk or other bootable device (USB flash drive, linux based boot disk) or anything?
