can some one recommend a TV Tuner pls ?

My aim is to install a TV tuner in my pc through a PCi slot and then use a Digital TV connection through a local provider.

Is this Possible ?

What he said, except I need a PCIExpress card. OP, have how has your search gone?

And a general question- is it yet possible to record HD video or is DRM successful in preventing that?
