I have picked out three laptops at different price points that would be suitable for the tasks listed above. (Listing is in highest to lowest pricing)

-------
1# HP business 15 - $518 may vary*

+ 15.5 inch 1366 x 768 display

+ Skylake Intel Core i5 6200u 2.3Ghz with boost to 2.8Ghz + hyperthreading (two cores/ four threads) - Modern processor and brilliant for the tasks required.

+ 8GB's DDR3

+ 256GB SSD - Brilliant for loading applications, fast boot and overall better performance, compared to a standard hard drive. Keep in mind it's only 256GB's

+ 1x USB 3.0 / 2x USB 2.0, Bluetooth, SD card reader, HDMI, VGA

-------
2# HP 15-ay013nr - $495 may vary*

Same specifications as the one above except for the listed differences:

+ Full HD screen 1920 x 1080 (15inch)

+ 128GB SSD instead of 256GB

------
3# HP 15-ay191ms - $371 - Best hardware to price radio on the market, which I have recommended heavily to others on a tight budget.

+ 15.6 inch 1366 x 768 - 10 finger touch screen display

+ 7th Gen Intel i3-7100u 2.4Ghz + Hyperthreading (two cores/ four threads (Kaby Lake = Latest series of processors)

+ 8GB's DDR4 RAM (Latest RAM)

+ 1TB hard drive

+ CD/DVD optical drive

+ 1 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, 1 802.11b/g/n, Multi-format SD Slot, Bluetooth

Link: https://www.amazon.com/HP-15-ay191ms-Touchscreen-Signature-Bluetooth/dp/B01MQOXCYY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486823348&sr=8-1&keywords=HP+15-ay191ms

The last model(3#) comes equipped with the latest hardware available; compared to the others. However, the SSD bumps the prices on laptops. Furthermore, 1 TB hard drive will provide more than enough space to save documents, but will not deliver the same performance as the SSD would, definitely worth considering though.

Hope this helps!

Regards,
SM
