Solved! Recommendations for a FAST used laptop?

Recently acquired an HP Envy X360 Intel core i5 6200u CPU @ 2.30 GHz 2.40 GHz, and the thing is HORRIFICALLY slow. 15 seconds to start, 5 to just open my desktop, 10 to close. Slow internet, and many pages have trouble loading.
This may be due to the horrible windows 10 but really I expected better.

So now think I am going to sell this clunker at a reduced price, and get another laptop, something faster with windows 7.
Basically I just want everything to open quickly, I want html pages to open quickly, (Fast wifi) and I want the system to startup and shut down quickly.
I am looking for a used laptop, under $350

Does the HP Envy X360 have a hard drive or an SSD?

If its got a HDD then swapping it out for an SSD will make a massive difference to load times
