Recording audio

Hi I use Cubase SL 2.0 and I was wondering about recording audio. At
first it didn't work, so someone said that I should check my
connections(which ar right) and set my recording source of my DSP 2000
C-port to "Line in" in the soundcard mixer, but I can't find any
options where I can choose my recording source, so my question is:
where can you set your recording source for your
DSP 2000 C-port to Line-in?
Thanks,
Matthias.

Have you read the user manual,

http://www.staudio.de/data/DSP2000.pdf

starting around page 21?

I've asked it a friend of mine (he's a producer) and he says my
connections, the recording source in the config screen and this one in
the soundcard mixer are all right, but the problem is that I can't
choose my C-port as a VST connection in the VST connections screen in
Cubase, that's why my audiotrack doesn't give any response. Does any
one know what to do?

Maybe you should reinstall the driver?
