Recover MyWinLocker data when in external hard drive

Hello, my major hard drive has window damage in the laptop. Therefore i move out the hard drive so that it become an external. But how to retrieve the file in MyWinLocker when in this situation?

You will probably need to either create a bootable disk with that sofware or install the software on another computer and decrypt the files then off the drive.
