Let me guess. You didn't make your own Recovery Disc when you first got the laptop?
I think Toshiba can hook you up - but there usually is a charge for the service.

What's going on that you need a recovery disc? You might not actually need one.

doesnt it have a hidden recovery partition?

power on and press 0 key if i remember correctly for toshiba
