Recovery packard bell

Hello,
i lost my recovery cd and i dont have it on my laptop

If there isn't a recovery partition on it, your best bet is to get in touch with packard bell and see if they'll send you the recovery discs. It may cost you though. If that isn't an option, you may have to buy a new copy of Windows.
