Solved! Reformat a netbook using a laptop

Hello,
im trying to reformat a netbook - no cd room - i have the boot disk for the netbook - can i use a laptop? and how boot thru cd not working

Easiest solution is to get an external USB DVD drive. You can get one for about $40

You can also make a USB thumb drive bootable and add what ever utility programs you need you need. http/www.bootdisk.com/pendrive.htm

Next easiest step is make a Live (bootable OS) thumb drive. http/www.pendrivelinux.com/

Or make yourself a USB thumb drive Windows installer.
